A debt settled in kind

Jake is broke and three months behind on rent. His landlady, a bombshell with his lease in her hand, offers him a way to square the debt that does not involve cash. The deal works until her equally striking daughter asks for the same arrangement.

Now he answers to the mother who holds his lease and the daughter who knows his secret. The daughter and everyone else in the story are adults, and the telling stays suggestive instead of explicit. Candy tags it Milf, so the landlady runs the show.

The rent deadline gives the story its pressure. Jake needs a place to live, and each new complication makes it harder to walk away, so money and desire keep pulling in the same direction.

No lead named
