I Picked Up a Hitchhiker

A ride across nowhere

The road is empty and the desert is hot. A striking woman stands on the shoulder with her thumb out, and the man who stops for her is about as ordinary as drivers come. His pickup has seen better days.

That is all Candy gives away: a stranded hitchhiker, a driver who did not expect any luck, and a long stretch of highway. It reads like a road trip that is about to go somewhere unplanned. The tone stays suggestive and all the characters are adults.

The blurb is very short, and that is part of the appeal. A single road, two strangers and no tags to tell you where it goes. Candy leans on the contrast between a head-turning passenger and a driver who thinks of himself as forgettable.

Colette Ramsey is the lead Candy lists. She is AI-generated, so no real performer filmed the series, and you can chat with her privately on Candy. She also leads Dad's New Girlfriend and the fantasy series Dragon Queen's Dark Desire.

Cost per episode

The series has five episodes, each about a minute long. Episode 1 plays without an account. Episode 2 needs nothing more than a free Candy account.
