Mona's Obsession

A feud that keeps pulling her back in

Mona says she cannot stand her stepbrother. He is smug, he leaves a trail of mess wherever he goes, and she is happy to tell him so. Yet she somehow ends up in every room he walks into, and no chance to tease him goes to waste.

That is the whole engine of the story: two people who insist they are enemies, and a spark that gets harder to ignore with each exchange. Both are adults, and the tone stays flirty and tense rather than explicit. The open question is how long the bickering can last before it turns into something else.

Mona Newman, the one starting it

Candy names Mona Newman as the lead and tags the series Stepsister and Taboo. She is the instigator, the one who provokes and then watches how he reacts. If you like stories where the banter does the foreplay, she is built for you.

Between episodes you can chat privately with the lead character on Candy. More family-tension stories are gathered in our Stepsister collection.
